About LiminalTripLand
A harm reduction community built by people who care
LiminalTripLand started as a Discord server. A small group of people who wanted a space to talk honestly about psychedelics, harm reduction, and altered states without judgement or misinformation. The community grew, the conversations got deeper, and eventually Discord started to feel like the wrong container for what was being built.
So we built our own platform. One where we could shape the experience around the community's actual needs rather than fitting into someone else's structure. A substance library, proper harm reduction channels, voice rooms, trip report archives, resource pages, and a TripLand+ space for deeper exploration. Things that were not possible or not safe to do properly on Discord.
The same people are here. The same values. Just more room to do it right.
The name comes from the concept of liminal space, the threshold between states, the place of transition. That is where a lot of psychedelic and altered-state experiences live. Between who you were and who you are becoming. Between the ordinary and the expanded. We think that space deserves respect, preparation, and support.
We are not a pro-drug platform. We do not encourage use. We acknowledge that people use substances regardless of legal status or social pressure, and we believe those people deserve better information and support than they currently have access to in most places.
What we stand for
Safety over everything
Every feature, every channel, every piece of content is built around one question: does this help keep people safer? We do not glorify drug use. We treat it as a reality that people navigate, and we try to give them the best possible information to do that.
Peer support without judgement
People come here from all kinds of situations. Some are curious. Some are experienced. Some are struggling. We do not judge any of them. We try to meet everyone where they are and give them what they actually need, not what we think they should want.
Accurate information
Misinformation kills. We take accuracy seriously. Our substance library, trip reports, and community discussions are held to a standard of honesty and sourcing. We update information when better evidence appears and we correct mistakes when they happen.
Community-built
This platform is shaped by the people who use it. The harm reduction guides, the channels, the resources all come from real experience and real conversations. If you have knowledge that could help someone, this is the place to share it.
Open to the full spectrum
We cover the practical and the spiritual. Dosage and interaction data sits alongside consciousness exploration and integration resources. People are whole and their experiences are complex. We try to honour that rather than flatten it.
